Any Indian organisation, entrepreneur, professional or consultant either currently conducting business or aspiring to expand their business in the USA while supporting the mission of the chamber is eligible for membership and sponsorship

Any American organisation, entrepreneur, professional or consultant either currently conducting business or aspiring to expand their business in India while supporting the mission of the chamber is eligible for membership and sponsorship

Any global organisation, entrepreneur, professional or consultant either currently conducting business or aspiring to expand their business in India and the USA while supporting the mission of the chamber is eligible for membership and sponsorship

Finally, ASSOCHAM North America retains discretion and absolute authority on who can become a member of this chamber.

Any organisation, entrepreneur, professional or consultant engaged in a business (product or service) which violates any regulatory and/or legal requirements in the US or India is not eligible for membership. Additionally, any business with a conflict of interest with the chamber is not eligible for membership.
